When I was first looking at all the sets last year I did have the same kind of thoughts.
#Spiral knights snarbolax full#
I have a lot of fun running full bomber, full gunner or mixing it up with hybrid loadouts. Swords are good, but they are not the be all and end all of SK. Many people now head the mission route to get to FSC and there's some truly, truly obnoxious missions inbetween now and should invest in some defense for the one you'll find the most obnoxious - everybody has their own most hated enemy. To be honest, you're nowhere near Vana, and grabbing a Slime Mail to get you through the Snarbolax and, particularly, the Royal Jelly Palace is a good way to go. Thirdly, you should really try to have fun. Snarbolax Coat is worth very little if you're a Sudaruska, Glacius, or DA charge-attack-whore, and I'm damn successful at soloing doing that. It's good, quite good in fact, but having the right armor for your playstyle matters more. Sword Damage Medium is not an insanely massive buff that utterly breaks the game. It was pretty easy because I spent the whole time dancing around and blasting off charges. You know how I just soloed Firestorm today? Volcanic Plate with a Swiftstrike and a Divine Avenger. And in T3, the Shadow Lairs, and particularly prestige challenge missions, you will take a lot of damage. Their defense is fairly good but the stat bars are notorious liars - Snarbolax isn't as good by a long shot as Azure for normal or Divine for elemental.

Enjoy the Shadow stratums particularly, where even in T2 you will be gangbanged into submission. It's "basically retarded" to speculate on builds for parts of the game you haven't played yet.įirst off, Wolver Set sucks all sorts of dick in all sorts of stratum.
